What your day will look like

As a software tester (content writer) it is your responsibility improve the quality of the Navitrans product. With you on board we want to bring the Quality & Assurance (QA) of Navitrans to a higher level:

• less bugs in the product;
• higher quality of the functionality and the quality of the product.

What do we expect from the software tester (content writer) at Navitrans:

• You are an employee with the knowledge of testing the application in a structured way
• You write and apply test scripts
• You do manual or automated software testing
• You collaborate with the support team and the developers
• You are reviewing/testing new- or existing modules and give feedback about bugs/optimisations
• You report (and monitoring) bugs to development teams and business users
• You provide objective feedback to software development teams
• You communicate findings to technical and non-technical colleagues
• You are creating content for internal and external use, such as:
  • describing the product documentation and the release notes
  • making video’s
• You report to the product manager
