Job Purpose
As a Business Consultant, it is your responsibility to build a partnership with customers that is grafted on the one hand, on thorough knowledge of the product and, on the other hand, on strategic insight regarding the objectives of the customers. After all, your analysis forms the elaboration of the WHAT, from the customer, to the HOW, for Navitrans, whereby you have insight into the WHY. You will also be involved in a pre-sales phase where you will be responsible for sharing your in-depth functional knowledge of Navitrans with the pre-sales consultant in more complex projects. In addition, you know how to train and guide the customer in the implementation of Navitrans based on the implementation scenario.
Specifications – Duties and responsibilities
- Provides service to customers regarding the identification and modelling of their requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis, which involves evaluation the customers current process and identifying areas for improvement.
- Translates the customer needs into the solution.
- Proposes workarounds for unsupported (part of) processes.
- Creates functional designs for gaps.
- Contributes to the development and implementation of adequate solutions.
- Ensures the developed solution match the customers’ expectations.
- Validates (verifies and tests) the solution.
- Leads the customer to a smooth Go-live.
- Sets up the solution from a functional perspective.
- Gives training to the (key)-users.
- Takes care of data migration
